Before your appointment

After treatment
- Use a wrapped cool pack gently if advised; avoid direct pressure and do not massage the treated area.
- Sleep on your back with the head elevated for 5–7 nights and keep facial movement gentle.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 2 weeks, strong heat or sauna for 3 weeks, and dental work or prolonged wide mouth opening for 4 weeks, unless your written plan differs.
- Use gentle cleansing after 24 hours and follow the clinic's makeup timing.
What may be expected
- Tenderness, swelling, bruising, tightness, dimpling or temporary asymmetry can occur early and should progressively settle.
Contact us promptly
- Contact the clinic promptly for worsening one-sided pain or swelling, increasing redness or heat, fever, drainage, visible or protruding thread, skin blanching or darkening, or new facial weakness.
- Seek emergency care for breathing difficulty, severe allergic symptoms, sudden vision change or severe neurological symptoms.
