Welcome to VERZO CLINIC. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services, including all aesthetic and medical treatments offered at our clinic in Bangkok, Thailand. By booking an appointment or receiving treatment, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VERZO CLINIC's website, booking services, or receiving treatments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, patients, and users of our website and services.
2. Medical Services & Treatments
All medical treatments and procedures at VERZO CLINIC are performed by licensed medical professionals in accordance with Thai Medical Council regulations. Treatment outcomes may vary based on individual factors including skin type, age, health conditions, and lifestyle. Before any procedure, you will receive a thorough consultation where potential risks, benefits, and alternatives will be explained. You must provide complete and accurate medical history information. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it is not in your medical interests.
3. Consultation & Booking
Initial consultations are required for most treatments to assess suitability and create a personalized treatment plan. Bookings can be made via LINE (@verzo), phone (+66 95 326 6644), or our website. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for non-urgent treatments. For international patients, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow proper planning. Consultation fees may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full consultation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring advance payment for future bookings.
5. Payment Terms
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), and digital payments (WeChat Pay). Full payment is required upon completion of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Package treatments may require advance payment. Prices do not include any applicable taxes unless specifically stated. Currency conversion rates are determined by your card issuer.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, VERZO CLINIC shall not be liable for: (1) Results that do not meet your expectations if the procedure was performed according to medical standards, (2) Complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow post-treatment instructions, (3) Adverse reactions that occur despite proper medical protocols being followed, (4) Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific treatment in question. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Before-and-after photos represent individual results and may not be typical. Results vary based on individual factors. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with our qualified physicians. We cannot promise specific results from any treatment. Patients with certain medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those taking specific medications may not be suitable candidates for certain treatments.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of VERZO CLINIC or its content suppliers and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Patient photos used on our website are published with explicit consent and may not be copied or used elsewhere.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts. We encourage patients to first contact us directly to resolve any concerns or complaints. Our patient relations team is committed to addressing issues promptly and fairly.
10. International Patients
For international patients: (1) You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate travel insurance and medical coverage, (2) Visa and travel arrangements are your responsibility, (3) We can provide medical certificates and documentation upon request for insurance claims, (4) Post-treatment follow-up may be conducted remotely via video consultation, (5) You should plan adequate recovery time in Thailand before traveling home, (6) Our multilingual staff can assist with translation during consultations.
11. Aftercare & Follow-up
Post-treatment care instructions will be provided after each procedure. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions carefully for optimal results and to minimize complications. Follow-up appointments may be required and are included in certain treatment packages. If you experience any unexpected symptoms or complications, contact us immediately. Emergency contact information will be provided after treatment.
12. Changes to Terms
VERZO CLINIC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered patients.
