That registration — not any foreign certificate — is what makes a product legal to use in this country, and it requires evidence of safety, efficacy and manufacturing quality. The habit, in order: (1) at consultation, confirm the product name and its registered Thai trade name; (2) before injection, ask to see the sealed box — a good clinic offers before you ask; (3) read the lot number and expiry date; (4) check the seal is intact and the print quality is clean; (5) watch the vial being opened.
