サーマクールFLX で施術できる部位
モノポーラ RF は真皮の深い層（約 4-5 mm）まで届き、決まった焦点ではなく面全体に熱を伝えます。
- 目元（上まぶた＋目尻） (450 REP) — サーマクール アイチップは、上まぶたの薄い皮膚に合わせて設計しています。
- 顔全体／フェイスライン (900-1,200 REP) — 頬・ほうれい線まわり・フェイスラインの肌を引き締め、輪郭の印象を整えます。

サーマクールFLX とウルセラ、どちらが向いていますか。
アプローチする悩みが異なります。サーマクールはモノポーラ RF で肌を面として引き締めるため、目元・首・お腹・二の腕など広い範囲のちりめんジワやゆるみに向いています。ウルセラは高密度焦点式超音波で SMAS 層に働きかけるため、フェイスラインの下垂や眉まわりの重さが気になる方に向いています。引き上げはウルセラ、表面の引き締めはサーマクールというように、両方を組み合わせる方も少なくありません。どちらが適しているかは診察のうえでご提案します。
サーマクールFLX の効果はどのくらい持続しますか。
施術直後から引き締まった感じが出ることもありますが、コラーゲンの再構築による主な変化は 2-6 か月かけてあらわれ、4-6 か月ごろにピークを迎えます。持続はおおむね 12-24 か月で、9 か月ごろまで変化が続く方もいます。多くの方は 12-18 か月ごとにメンテナンスを行っています。効果や持続期間には個人差があります。
