Before your appointment

After treatment
- Avoid rubbing or massaging the treated area; apply makeup gently.

What may be expected
- Small injection-site bumps, redness, tenderness or bruising may occur and usually settle.

ブランドごとの違いは何ですか？
4種類ともA型ボツリヌストキシンで、違いは主に製剤と純度です。Xeominは複合タンパクを含まず、Allerganは臨床データが最も長く蓄積されたブランド、韓国ブランドは価格面で始めやすい選択肢です。どれが合うかは部位・過去の注射歴・ご予算によるため、診察で医師がご提案します。効果には個人差があります。
効果はいつから出て、どのくらい持ちますか？
一般に注射後3〜7日で効果が出はじめ、2週間ほどで安定します。持続は通常3〜6か月で、咬筋は表情じわの部位より長く持つ傾向があります。筋力・代謝・単位数によって個人差があります。
表情が不自然になりませんか？
それは単位数と注射位置の問題であり、この治療の必然的な結果ではありません。控えめな単位数なら表情は残り、しわだけが浅くなります。自然な仕上がりをご希望の場合は診察でそうお伝えください。初回は少なめに入れて、2週間後の再診で追加を判断する方法をおすすめしています。
受けられないのはどんな場合ですか？
妊娠中・授乳中の方、注射部位に感染や炎症がある方、神経筋疾患の既往がある方、製剤成分にアレルギーのある方は受けられません。特定の抗生物質や筋弛緩薬を服用中の場合も事前にお申し出ください。
注射後の注意点はありますか？
4時間は横にならず上体を起こしたままお過ごしください。24時間は注射部位をこすらない、激しい運動・サウナ・高温環境を避ける、当日は飲酒を控える——以上をお願いしています。注射点の軽い赤みは通常数時間で引きます。
当日に帰国便へ搭乗できますか？
できます。皮膚に傷が残る治療ではないため、ほとんどの方が当日から通常どおり行動できます。ただし4時間は上体を起こしている必要があるため、注射直後に搭乗する日程は避け、半日の余裕をみてください。
