Start with foundation treatments: Sculptra for volume restoration (needs 2-3 sessions), thread lifts for structural lifting, and begin a skin quality program with Profhilo or skin boosters.
Three months before is ideal for Botox (gives time for a touch-up if needed), filler adjustments, and continuing skin quality treatments. This is also a good time for laser treatments that need recovery.
One week before: only gentle, zero-downtime treatments like AquaPure facial for hydration and glow. Do NOT try any new treatment for the first time. Do NOT get Botox, fillers, or threads this close to the event.
No treatments on the day. Your skin should be in its best, settled state. Good makeup application will do the rest. All aesthetic work should be completed and settled well before the ceremony.
